Pricing.
$900 + tax
This is our most common wedding booking and typically includes:
24 seat party shuttle with up to three shuttles available (extra cost per shuttle)
• Up to 90 minutes of guest pickups to the ceremony
• Ceremony to reception transfers
• Up to 2 hours of evening return shuttles
Shorter and longer timelines are available.

Do you serve Panorama, Radium, and Fairmont weddings?
Yes. We provide wedding shuttle service throughout Invermere, Panorama, Radium Hot Springs, and Fairmont Hot Springs.

How many guests fit on a shuttle?
Each shuttle seats up to 24 guests. Multiple shuttles can be arranged for larger weddings.

Do you run hotel to venue shuttle loops?
Yes. We plan shuttle loops between hotels, venues, and late-night return locations based on your schedule.

Do you offer late-night return trips?
Yes. Many couples book one or more late-night departures so guests get home safely.

How far in advance should we book?
As soon as your venue and timeline are confirmed. Summer weekends book very early.
