Each Valley Vibes Shuttle seats up to 24 passengers, or 18 guests with golf bags or winter sports gear. We operate a multi-bus fleet, enabling flexible large-group transport, multiple trips, or dual bookings across the region.

6. Is alcohol allowed on the Valley Vibes Shuttle?

Due to British Columbia transportation laws, open alcohol is not permitted on board. However, many groups pair their ride with stops at:

• Bars like Ullr Bar, The Station Pub, and others

10. Can we play our own music?

Absolutely. Our system allows Bluetooth or you can pre-send us a Spotify playlist and we’ll have it queued when you board.

11. Do you offer hourly rates or fixed packages?

We Typically have fixed rates!

Rates typically start at $225/hour for custom trips.

We do not have any hidden fees so the price you see is what you pay. 
We do not charge an Auto Gratuity which you will find other companies charge but driver tips are welcomed.

12. Do you operate scheduled routes?

No. Valley Vibes is strictly a pre-booked private shuttle service. We do not run on fixed routes or accept individual walk-up passengers.

This model ensures every ride is custom, reliable, and high-quality — perfect for events, not commuting.

13. How early should I book?

We recommend:

• 6 to 12 Months ahead for weddings but call anytime if you need help asap!

• Reach out any time but 2-6 weeks for golf groups and summer weekends

• 1-2 weeks for ski season long weekends

Spontaneous bookings may be available, but weekends often sell out so give us a call.
