You're not alone
We know organising 80 people can be chaos but our drivers know how to get the crew moving.
So you have been tasked with the company trip
you need 20-40 twin share rooms under separate names for check-in. A conference room for one to two nights with drinks, food and A/V for awards.
You also have to plan the same for 1-2 golf days plus a night out.
On top of that you may never have even been here before.
We can handle your group
No other operator in the Valley can handle large groups like Valley Vibes.
Unless you have a shotgun start, staggered tee times may only need one shuttle, and that's exactly what we will supply.
For dinner or a night out we will provide enough shuttles so everyone arrives as a group.
what we need from you
Rough answers are fine. We expect times and numbers to move between now and the day, and we build the plan around that.
How far ahead should we plan?
Peak golf weekends and wedding season fill hotels months out.
6 months notice - Rockstar Status, everything should line up
3 months notice - The Gambler, we can make it happen but we may need to call in some favours
1 month notice - My new best friend, we are about to embark on a journey together and there may be casualties.
However much notice you have, call me and we will see what can be done.
What happens if the program runs late?
Nothing, we plan for it! There are often delays with large groups and we build in a buffer so the schedule absorbs it. Tell the driver and we will be there.
What happens when numbers change?
They always do, confirm final numbers with us before the day and we adjust the run sheet.
How large a group can you move?
As many as you need.
Can guests drink on board?
Under BC law there is no open alcohol on any bus or limousine in this province. That applies to every operator, not only us.
