Know both Copper Point courses before you book tee times

Copper Point sits between Invermere and Windermere with two different courses off one clubhouse. The Point is the championship round. Gary Browning design from 2004, par 71, five tee decks from 4,755 to 6,854 yards, more than 50 groomed bunkers.

The Ridge is the underrated half of the property. Par 62 across 5,072 yards, full length par 3s and par 4s, no par 5s, and rounds regularly finish within three hours.

Worth knowing before you go

• Five tee decks on every Point hole. Mixed-handicap groups play the same round at different lengths.
• The Point plays firm and fast in mid-summer.
• The rounds end at The View Restaurant with nachos and buckets of beer.
