By boarding and riding on a boat owned by Invermere Entertainment, I hereby release the company, owner and driver from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during the duration of the journey. I understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with boat travel and agree to hold Invermere Entertainment harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to my participation in this transportation service. This waiver shall be binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns.
